The British Virgin Islands (BVI) remains the top offshore jurisdiction in the world, according to the 2017 edition of the Vistra 2020 Report, launched in Hong Kong and Singapore last week. The BVI Rugby Football Union team competed in Hong Kong’s 2017 Kowloon Tens tournament, advancing to the Cup quarter finals, before being knocked out in an extremely close game to Russian team Berdsk from Krasnoyarsk.
