Commercial fishers and the public are notified that the Conch (Strombus gigas) and Whelk (Cittarium pica) fishing season will be closed on August 15 in accordance with the Fisheries Regulations, 2003.

The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries is advising all Masters operating as a commercial, pleasure or sport fisher, who received fishing licenses for the years 2020 and 2021 and who have not submitted their fish catch logbooks (datasheets) to do so immediately.
