Minister for Natural Resources, Honourable Vincent Wheatley has announced that the Cane Garden Bay beach is safe for swimming and is ready for use by the public.

The Government of the Virgin Islands will be holding a series of community meetings as it seeks the public’s feedback on the recently drafted Beach Use Policy.

Land ownership engenders a sense of pride and accomplishment and we want to do our best to get the young people of this Territory on the part of wealth creation and building a legacy for future generations.

The Government of the Virgin Islands is seeking the public’s feedback on the recently drafted Beach Use Policy.

The seabed surrounding Norman Island is the property of the Crown. The Willy T has been moored at the Bight under an annual seabed licence which expired in February, 2018. 

The Brandywine Bay Project advances as the Government of the Virgin Islands continues to develop and expand additional destinations for residents and visitors. 

Recipients of land in the area of Coppermine, Virgin Gorda are notified that the road network servicing that estate has been completed.

The review process is complete for sixty residents on Virgin Gorda to receive lands as part of the Government’s land distribution programme.
