The public is notified that road works are ongoing on Nitto road in Upper Horsepath until April 30.

The business of running a country never stops and today, in this season, I am glad to be here to continue the work we have started as a Government, to ensure that, among other areas, our road network is maintained and upgraded for the safety of every resident and visitor to these islands.

The public is advised that the Community Resilience Workshop sponsored by the Ministry of Health and Social Development has been postponed until March.

The public is invited to a Territory-wide observation of the ‘One Year Anniversary’ of the passage of Hurricane Irma at the Central Administration Complex on Thursday, September 6 at 4:00 p.m. The ‘Service of Thanksgiving, Reflection and Restoration’ will be observed through a series of prayers, performances and addresses. The public is also being invited to observe the day through community outreach programmes, social events or by conducting activities at church, home, schools or place of business.

Minister for Communications and Works, Honourable Mark Vanterpool and Second District Representative, Honourable Melvin “Mitch” Turnbull are inviting persons from the business community of Cane Garden Bay and Brewers Bay to a meeting on Thursday, May 3 at 10:00 a.m.
