Stakeholders were given an opportunity to voice their opinion and concerns on the Agriculture and Fisheries industry in the Territory at a stakeholder meeting on Wednesday, August 14.
Farmers and fisherfolk are invited to a meeting with officials from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture on Wednesday, August 14, at 5:30 p.m. at the Central Administration Complex breezeway.
Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture, Dr. the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley has said that initiatives including building a market, improving land space usage and providing water to farmers are on the front burner to enable a thriving agriculture industry in the Virgin Islands.

Dog owners in the Territory are invited to have their dogs licenced at the Humane Society’s Cinco de Mayo event at the Watering Hole on Saturday, May 4 beginning at 3:00 p.m.
