Today is a red-letter day in this Territory. Since taking on the leadership of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour I have been moving forward in a very calculated, yet cautious, manner to ensure that the residents of this Territory are well served.

Today, it is with deep sorrow that I  make a short statement on the untimely passing of Dr. Myles Munroe, a man whom I had the privilege of meeting while I attended conferences, in the region and internationally. 

Madame Speaker, with your kind permission, I beg to make the following statement with regard to the Virgin Islands’ first National Risk Assessment (NRA) that is currently being undertaken.
