Wednesday, December 11 has been designated as a public holiday in the Virgin Islands in observance of the State Funeral and burial for the late Honourable Ralph T. O’Neal, OBE Member Emeritus.

His Excellency Governor Augustus J.U. Jaspert and UK Minister of State for the Overseas Territories, Lord Ahmad visited the BVI House London on November 27 to sign the condolence book for the late Hon. Ralph T. O’Neal, OBE Member Emeritus.
Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie has said that his Government is conducting research towards the introduction of full Bachelors and Masters degrees and certifications at institutions in the Territory.
