Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie has signed an agreement with BCQS Limited for the construction management of Bregado Flax Educational Centre.
Deputy Governor, Mr. David D. Archer Jr. has said that through the engagement of the public and the private sector, the Government of the Virgin Islands will develop improved services that will contribute to a vibrant and sustainable economy.

The RDA now invites tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for the construction works at the VG Sports Complex site located at Copper Mine Road, Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands.
Director of the Water and Sewage Department, Mrs. Perline Scatliffe-Leonard said she is anticipating that the building which houses her staff will be completed by the middle of the year, before the hurricane season begins.

Minister for Transportation Works and Utilities, Honourable Kye Rymer met with officers of the Virgin Islands Fire and Rescue Services as part of his continuing familiarisation tours of the departments under his ministry.

Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie has announced that the banking institution, Banco Popular will be offering full banking services to the Virgin Gorda community beginning August 2019.
he Readiness Plan for the Virgin Islands is now in place, and efforts are being made to ensure that it is fully implemented ahead of the hurricane season.
Plans are in place to conduct a soft launch of the Work Permit Prototype-Online System on approximately 32 cross sectoral companies registered in the Virgin Islands.
