Premier and Minister of Finance of the British Virgin Islands, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie, in his capacity as Vice Chair of the Caribbean Development and Cooperation Committee (CDCC), has presented the official report of the CDCC to the Member and Associate Member Countries of ECLAC on October 28 at the virtual 38th Session of ECLAC, October 26-28.

Fahie, chaired a High-Level Panel on ‘Challenges for Caribbean to Building Back Better from COVID-19’ at the virtually held 38th Session of the United Nations (UN) Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), October 26-28, 2020.
As part of the Government of The Virgin Islands’ plans to achieve its vision to be a leading economy through entrepreneurship, innovation, foreign and local investment by 2025, Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable Andrew A. Fahie, in consultation with members of his Cabinet, has made a decision to establish an ad hoc Economic Advisory Council to the Premier (EAC).
