Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Culture, Dr. the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley, said the late Honourable H. Lavity Stoutt was a great leader who was focused on the development of the people of the Virgin Islands.
The Virgin Islands Youth Parliament (VIYP) will be re launched on March 30 and re-assigned under the ambit of the House of Assembly, in keeping with the Commonwealth Parliament best practices.
Phase One of repairs to the Old Government House Museum will commence soon following the signing of a contract in the amount of $65,710.80 with Krezmor Construction.
