The Government of the Virgin Islands in partnership with the BVI Football Association, under the FIFA umbrella, has broken ground in Greenland for the development of a 2,500 seat multi-purpose stadium for recreational and sporting facilities and associated works.

The British Virgin Islands (BVI) was recently represented at a two-day European Union (EU) programme workshop in Brussels, to discuss the opportunities provided by these programmes.
Owners of vessels deemed to be derelict and abandoned in the Territory are asked to contact the Receiver of Wrecks and provide information on the removal of these vessels from their present locations.
