There will be a $ 20.00 reconnection fee applied to meters that have been disconnected. This amount will have to be paid and any other outstanding amounts on the account will have to be paid before the supply can be reconnected. The Department will remain committed to restoring the disconnected supply within 24 hours of the amount being paid.
