There will be a $20.00 reconnection fee applied to meters that have been disconnected.  This fee will have to be paid and any other outstanding amounts on the account will have to be paid before the supply can be reconnected.

The department remains committed to restoring the disconnected supply within 24 hours of the outstanding amount being paid.
