Health Ministers, Permanent Secretaries and Chief Medical Officers from the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Member States are featured on a tour of the Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital yesterday. The tour was part of the agenda for the Ninth OECS Council of Ministers: Health.
