The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instruments No.63 Imposition of a Curfew (No. 21) Order, 2020, No. 64 Road Traffic (Restrictions of use of Motor Cycles) Regulations, 2020 and No.65 the Immigration and Passport (Prohibition of Entry) (No. 8) Order, 2020 are now available for public information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  The Instruments were published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette Nos. 72 and 73 dated 4^th June, 2020, respectively.

Under Statutory Instrument No. 63 the Curfew continues in effect until Sunday, 7^th June, 2020, between the new hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily, subject to such conditions as stipulated in this Order.  Additionally, under this Order until Thursday, 18^th June, 2020 vessels are permitted to move within the Territorial waters between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, except in waters that are classified as an exclusion zone.

 Under Statutory Instrument No. 64 until the Thursday, 25^th June, 2020 no person is permitted, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily, to drive a motor cycle on any road.
