Motorists and residents are advised that there will be traffic disruptions along the Ballast Bay road as road works continue across the Territory.

Due to the nature of the works, it is anticipated that there will be some impact on the traffic traversing in the vicinity of the site works at Ballast Bay.  One lane access is expected to be maintained for the majority of the project’s duration with temporary road closures when the drainage work is being completed.  Works begin on Monday November 23.  The public including residents in the area will be alerted in advance of road closures and will be provided with updates as the project progresses.

Motorists are asked to drive with extreme caution and to follow the directions of the traffic wardens and road signs erected in designated areas – Stoutt’s Lookout Point and in the vicinity of the Stop N’ Wash Laundromat near Rudy’s Bar.
