The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting sealed tenders for the construction of the National Emergency Operations Centre building. 

Tender documents can be collected at the Central Tenders Board, Ministry of Finance, Procurement Unit, Qwomar Trading Building #2, 2^nd Floor Blackburne Road, Tortola, Virgin Islands from Monday, April 15 on week days between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 Documents can also be made available electronically upon request to procurement@gov.vg.

Four (4) hard copies of tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes, with the name and address of the bidder, and be clearly marked “International Competitive Bidding for the Construction of the National Emergency Operation Centre Building” and must be received not later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of Tenderers.
