Motorists parked in the Trellis Bay Parking Lot are reminded that the parking lot is closed to facilitate the grading works in the area. Vehicles currently parked in the lot are impeding these critical activities.

Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Dr. Natalio Wheatley, Minister of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports Honourable Sharie de Castro and other sporting officials are featured with President of World Athletics Lord Sebastian Coe. Lord Coe paid a courtesy call to the Virgin Islands to view first-hand the progress of works done since the hurricanes of 2017. He also held meetings with representatives from the BVI Athletic Association and viewed ongoing works at the A O Shirley Grounds.

The public is notified that rehabilitation works will resume on Wednesday, January 10 in the vicinity of the East End Recreational Park and are projected to last for a period of six (6) weeks.
