The Virgin Islands National Robotics Team has returned from the FIRST Global Robotics Competition held in Athens Greece.

The team achieved an impressive sixth (6^th) place among the seventeen (17) Caribbean countries in attendance and ranked one hundred and eleventh (111^th) out of one hundred and eighty (180) internationally. This is the second year the VI has attended the competition. 

The Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs, and Sports congratulates and is proud of their hard work, determination, and exceptional performance.

The ministry remains committed to supporting robotics and S.T.E.A.M initiatives as it continue to reimagine education in the Virgin Islands.
