The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No.122 Public Health (COVID-19 Control and Suppression Measures) (No. 9) Order, 2020 is now available for public information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  The Instrument was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 140 dated 22^nd October, 2020.

Under this Order, all gatherings are limited to no more than seventy-five (75) persons at any given time, and in the case of vulnerable persons, no more than five (5) persons.  Individuals must maintain a physical distance of no less than six feet from any other individual.

Faith-based services, graduations, weddings and funerals shall be limited to one person per sixty-four square feet and shall not exceed one hundred seventy-five (175) persons at any given time.
