The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No.84 Public Health (COVID-19 Control and Suppression Measures- Jost Van Dyke) Order, 2020 are now available for public information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  The Instrument was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 92 dated 21^st July, 2020.

            Under Statutory Instrument No.84, all persons visiting or residing on the island of Jost Van Dyke will be quarantined for a period of seven (7) days for 24 hours a day from Tuesday, 21^st July 2020 at 1:00 a.m. until 5:01 a.m. on the 28^th July, 2020.  Additionally, under this Order, no person or vessel shall travel to or from Jost Van Dyke, except with the permission of the Minister for Health and Social Development in consultation with the Joint Task Force comprising of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force, HM Customs and the Immigration Department.
