The Ministry of Education and Culture is informing interested persons that funding is available through the Scholarship Trust Fund Board, which is specifically designed to assist persons in achieving higher education.

Applicants must be a resident in the Virgin Islands for a minimum of five years directly preceding the date of the application.

A completed application form is mandatory. An acceptance letter, proof of a guarantor, high school diploma and photo identification are listed among key information for submission as part of the application package. Applicants are reminded that the loans are approved for various programmes of study, including technical certification, legal and medical studies at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Studies may be pursued locally, online or internationally.
