All 2017 secondary school graduates who are qualified to receive a scholarship award, are asked to visit the Ministry of Education and Culture  located at the Department of Youth Affairs & Sports office on the second floor of the Ward's Building between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
