District Governor of Rotary Club District 7020, David Kirkaldy and wife Christina Kirkaldy are pictured as they make a curtesy call on the Premier of the Virgin Islands Honourable Dr. Natalio D. Wheatley today while in the Territory from the Cayman Islands.  Also present was Assistant Governor Rotary Club Tortola, Rosemarie Flax.
