The Ministry of Communications and Works is informing the public that asphalt paving for the unpaved section of the James Walter Francis Drive dual carriage-way will be carried out this weekend October 17 and 18 beginning at 8:30 a.m. daily.

The westbound lane will be closed from the Treasure Isle Hotel to the Road Town roundabout. Motorists are asked to drive with extreme caution when traversing that area and to follow all traffic signs.  If possible alternate routes should be used.

The Ministry Communications and Works extends appreciation to the community for their continued patience during this time as the Territory’s road network is improved.
