The public is advised that Lower Windy Hill Road leading into Carrot Bay will be closed from Saturday, November 16 at 7:00 a.m. until Monday, November 18 at 7:00 a.m.  to facilitate excavation works on the retaining wall for the reinstatement of the road.

 Motorists are urged to follow traffic directions and signage during this period.
