The public is informed that the east-bound lane of the Sir Francis Drake Highway from Fort Burt to Prospect Reef will be closed today, November 30 and Friday, December 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The east-bound traffic is advised to use the Bound Tree Road, accessed at Ebenezer Thomas Primary School and Paul P. Wattley Road, as an alternate route. One-lane traffic for the west-bound lane will be available.

The purpose of the closure is to facilitate the paving in the area. Motorists are advised to follow all road signs and drive with extreme caution in the area.

The Ministry of Communications and Works apologises for any inconvenience caused during this time.
