The Ministry of Education and Culture is inviting the public to support and participate in this year’s education week activities from March 8- 13 to be held under the theme: “Education through Culture: A Virgin Islands Experience.”

The activities scheduled for the week are as follows:

• Sunday, March 8, opening ceremony at the Central Administration Complex at 4:00 p.m. 
• Monday, March 9, Commonwealth Day Activities at Ivan Dawson Primary and Robinson O’Neal Memorial Primary schools. A cultural fundraising concert featuring Mr. Elmore Stoutt at the Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium, HLSCC at 7:00 p.m. Adult tickets are $20.00 each.
• Wednesday, March 11, Inter-Primary School Sports Competitions Division B at the A.O. Shirley Recreational Grounds 9:00 a.m. The Inter-secondary schools debate finals at the Sir Rupert Briercliffe Hall will be held at 7:00 p.m.
• Thursday, March 12, Inter-Primary School Sports Competitions Division A at the A.O. Shirley Recreational Grounds at 9:00 a.m.
• Friday, March 13, Youth Talent Night at the Sir Rupert Briercliffe Hall at 6:00 p.m.

All are invited to support the various events for Education Week 2015.
