The British Virgin Islands Ports Authority (BVIPA) would like to inform the public that the BVIPA’s reception desk is now located at the Administration Offices at Pasea Place.

The following services are now being provided by the Receptionist at the Administration Offices at Pasea Place located on James Walter Francis Drive:

 Collection and submission of application forms

 Collection and distribution of cheques

 Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence

The following services are still available at the reception area of the Port Purcell facility:

 General inquiries

 Collection of application forms

 General guidance at the facility

The purpose of this change is to reduce congestion at the Port Purcell facility and to assist the public with utilising and traversing our facilities efficiently.
