Parents and guardians of Grade 6 students attending public primary schools on Tortola, are notified that the administration of the Elmore Stoutt High School will be conducting registration for the 2018 to 2019 school year, during the weeks of June 4 through June 18.

The following documents are required in order to complete the registration process:

• A copy of the child’s birth certificate;

If the child was not born in the BVI, a copy of one of the following documents is required as proof of status

• Belongers Card,
• Naturalisation Certificate
• Virgin Islands Passport
• Passport from country of birth
• A copy of NHI card
• One recent passport size picture is required (Old photos and school pictures will not be accepted)

Registration will be done on the following dates and times at the respective schools:

• Monday, June 4 - 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Francis Lettsome school campus
• Tuesday, June 5 -1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Willard Wheatley school campus
• Thursday, June 7-  1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Joyce Samuels  school campus
• Monday, June 11- 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Alexandrina Maduro school campus
• Wednesday, June 13- 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Leonora Delville school campus
• Thursday, June 14 - 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Ebenezer Thomas school campus
• Monday, June 18 - 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Althea Scatliffe  school campus

Parents and guardians are also notified that a resource fee will be collected.
