Interested persons are notified that registration is open until Friday, March 6 for the Virgin Islands High School Certificate Programme.

The independent study programme is designed for persons over the age of 18 to complete their secondary education.

Registration forms can be collected at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture on the second floor of the Ward's Building.
