Minister for Transportation, Works and Utilities Honourable Rymer is pictured as he presented Director of the BVI Red Cross, Ms. Stacy Lloyd the Limited Edition Licence Plate in commemoration of the organisation’s Sixty-fifth (65^th) Anniversary on Monday, May 3. Of the three (3) commemorative plates previously issued, the Red Cross’ commemorative plate is the first to obtain a portion of the proceeds as a humanitarian organisation.
