Applications are now open for persons wishing to pursue a Master’s Degree for the second cycle of the 2020-21 Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships.
Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture, Mrs. Carolyn Stoutt-Igwe said the Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS) are fully-funded Master’s scholarships open to all Commonwealth citizens.
Mrs. Stoutt-Igwe said successful applicants can access a wide range of courses and benefit from the expertise provided by universities in a range of countries. She added that developing new skills, gaining a qualification and experiencing life in another country through a scholarship, is a huge benefit both to the individual and their home country and community.
