The Government of the Virgin Islands in collaboration with the H. Lavity Stoutt Commemorative Committee is inviting the public to pay homage to the late H. Lavity Stoutt on Monday, March 7 as the Territory honours his life through an annual memorial celebration.

The celebrations will be observed under the theme, A Recital: For His Love of Song. The official memorial celebration will be held at the Road Town Methodist Church at 8:00 a.m. followed by the annual wreath-laying ceremony at the Cappoon’s Bay Burial Grounds.

All are encouraged to participate and honour the life and contributions of the late Honourable Lavity Stoutt to the further advancement of the Territory.
