Public officers pay keen attention to a presentation on the Public Service Management Bill by the Deputy Director of the Department of Human Resources, Mrs. Shavon Henley Hodge during a HR Connect session.  The bill proposes to regulate, among other things, the organisation, management, functioning and staffing matters concerning ministries and departments in the Public Service.

A second HR Connect focused on the Public Service Management Bill is scheduled for Wednesday, February 6 at the Breezeway, Central Administration Complex.  Topics to be discussed include Employment Terms and Conditions, the Structure of the Public Service and an Introduction to provisions on Whistleblowing.
