The Virgin Islands is hosting the 40^th Annual Conference of the Caribbean, Americas and Atlantic Region of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) from July 25 through August 1.

The public is invited to the Opening Ceremony on Monday, July 27, in the Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College at 4:00 p.m.

The public is also invited to attend the Regional Commonwealth Youth Parliament on Thursday, July 30, from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The Youth Parliament will debate the motion “Participation of Young People in any Representative Democracy.”
