The Government of the Virgin Islands in collaboration with the H. Lavity Stoutt Commemorative Committee is inviting the public to Honourable H. Lavity Stoutt’s 20th Memorial Celebrations under the theme Honourable H. Lavity Stoutt: A National Builder.

The celebrations will be observed on Monday, March 2 in the form of a march with uniformed officials from the House of Assembly Building to the Central Administration Complex at 9:00 a.m. followed by an official ceremony at the Central Administration Complex at 9:30 a.m. The annual wreath laying ceremony at the Cappoon’s Bay Burial Grounds will begin immediately following the official ceremony.

All are encouraged to come out and honour the life and contributions of the late Honourable Lavity Stoutt to the further advancement of the Territory.
