The Ministry of Education and Culture invites the public to an open house in observance of Early Childhood Awareness Week on Friday, May 1. The open house begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Student Services Centre on the third floor of the Ward’s Building.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the role of the Early Childhood Unit and Government’s new policies for early childhood education.

On Sunday May 3, the public is invited to join the teachers and caregivers for worship and a special blessing at Sanctuary of Hope Church on Virgin Gorda at 10:00 a.m. 

Early Childhood Awareness Week is being celebrated during the month of May under the theme, “Education through Culture: a Virgin Islands Experience.”
