The public is invited to join the Ministry of Education and Culture as the 2015 Inter-Secondary Schools Debate Champions, the Elmore Stoutt High School compete against the Virgin Islands Youth Parliament in a debate competition.

The debate is scheduled for Wednesday, March 23 at 10:30 a.m. at the Central Administration Complex, Breezeway. The competitors will debate on the topic, “A foreign investor should be given citizenship based on major investments made in the Territory.”
