The Government of the Virgin Islands is informing the public that Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr. the Honourable D. Orlando Smith, OBE will deliver an Address to the Territory on Tuesday, December 6.

The Honourable Premier’s address to the Territory will be aired at 7:00 p.m. on all radio stations. It will also be broadcast on CBN Channel 51and JTV Channel 55 at 7:30 p.m. In addition, the public will be able to watch it on demand on YouTube @BVIGovernment.
