Today, Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable Andrew A. Fahie concluded day two of the Joint Ministerial Council meeting. Premier made contributions to discussions on behalf of the Virgin Islands in the areas of economic resilience and diversification, security law enforcement and inclusivity.

The meeting was chaired by the new Minister for Overseas Territories, The Right Honourable Amanda Milling. Leaders from other Overseas Territories were also present, along with other UK Ministers.

Minister for Health and Social Development Honourable Carvin Malone provided contributions to discussions in the area of health, specifically COVID-19, mental health and protecting the vulnerable.
