The BVI Post customers on Tortola, Anegada and Jost Van Dyke are reminded that mail and parcels destined for post office boxes are to be collected at the General Post Office in Road Town. This is as a result of damages sustained to post offices throughout the Territory following Hurricanes Irma and Maria. 

Customers are required to produce photo identification for verification and collection purposes.  General mail services, E-zone and Amerijet services can also be obtained from this branch.

Customers on Virgin Gorda can continue to collect their mail and parcels as well as access e-zone services from the post office in the Valley, Virgin Gorda.

Hours of operation are between 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Saturday hours are from 9:00 a.m. until noon.  For more information, telephone 468-5160.
