The public is notified that there will be an increase in fees for the rental of private letter boxes commencing 2^nd January, 2024.

Acting Postmaster General Mrs. Iris Romney has announced the release of the commemorative stamp collection of the Coronation of King Charles III on 6th May, 2023. This collection was launched today 19th December, 2023. 

Letter box holders can now resume collection of their mail from their assigned BVI Post letter boxes at the location across from the Ralph T. O’Neal Administration Complex.

The public is informed that BVI Post letter boxes are available for rent at the following locations: Cane Garden Bay, Benjamin Romney Park,West End, Sea Cow’s Bay, Cappoons Bay, Jost Van Dyke, Anegada, The Valley, Virgin Gorda, and North Sound.

The BVI Post has released a new $1.00 stamp issue commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the BVI London Office at BVI House London United Kingdom.

BVI Post’s letter box holders are advised that in the 1st quarter of 2023 a new fee for the service will take effect.

The public is further advised that letter boxes will be available for rent at the following locations: Cane Garden Bay, Romney Park West End, Cappoon’s Bay, North Sound, Valley, Virgin Gorda; Anegada and Jost Van Dyke. Applicants can apply at any of the postal locations.

The public is advised that the Sub-Post Office located in the John E. George, Sr. Administration Building, North Sound, Virgin Gorda is temporarily closed. During this time, customers are kindly asked to collect mail from the Valley Branch Post Office.

Deputy Premier and Minister for Communication and Works, Honourable Kye Rymer has said that the newly constructed Post Office at Cane Garden Bay is a state of the art facility that was fully funded by the Government of the Virgin Islands.

The BVI Post is reinstalling letter boxes around the Territory to allow its customers to resume collecting mail at their own convenience.

Acting Postmaster General Mrs. Iris Romney has disclosed that effective Friday, October 1, the reciprocal International Postal Money Order service between the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the Virgin Islands Postal Service (BVI Post) will come to an end.
