Travelers re-entering the British Virgin Islands and who are holding expired Entry Permits and/or expired Work Permits are reminded that approval is needed from the Chief Immigration Officer prior to arrival.  This requirement includes holders of valid Work Permit Exemptions.

Travelers falling within this category should submit a written request to re-enter a minimum of five working days prior to travel.  Requests can be submitted via email to immigrationinfo@gov.vg and ipenn@gov.vg or at the Immigration Department Headquarters located on the 2nd Floor of the RJT Edifice, Road Town, Tortola.
