The Civil Registry and Passport Office regrets to inform its customers that they may experience extended visa processing times from 2 weeks to approximately 4 weeks. 

The office asks for patience as they work through an increase in applications following the reopening of the Territory’s borders. Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
