The Government of the Virgin Islands is creating an online book of condolence in honour of the life, legacy and contributions of Honourable Ralph T. O’Neal, OBE, Member Emeritus.

Persons wishing to share tributes on the online book of condolence can do so by emailing the Government at tributes@gov.vg. Please be advised that all tributes must be submitted by December 6. Persons can contact 468-2152 if there are further questions.

The book of condolence will be launched on Monday, December 9 on the Government’s website www.bvi.gov.vg.

The online book of condolence will serve as a historical online document for generations to come.
