The Office of the Complaints Commissioner is informing the public of its adjusted accessibility in light of COVID-19 and restrictions imposed by  Cabinet. The office will close at 12:30 p.m. on March 26 and will remain closed until   further notice.

Persons with complaints are advised to email the office at complaints@gov.vg with the basics of the complaint along and a contact number and an officer will contact you for further information.

The public is being reminded that they can download the complaint form from the office’s website at www.ombudsman.vg and submit a complaint to complaints@gov.vg or via Facebook at VI Complaints with supporting documents.
