In an ongoing effort to protect the community from Zika, Dengue Fever and Chikungunya, the Vector Control Unit of the Environmental Health Division will be conducting fogging operations on October 18.

Fogging will be conducted in Locality 3 (including Pasea Estate, Purcell Estate, Johnson's Ghut, Baugher's Bay, Jean Hill, Fish Bay, Kingston) and Locality 4 (including Fisher's Lane, McNamara, Lower Road Town, Wickham's Cay 1, Long Bush, Lower Estate, Huntums Ghut, Horsepath). Fogging will commence at 5:00 p.m. and continue until all areas are completed.

Persons with respiratory illnesses, particularly asthmatics, are advised to vacate fogged areas for at least one hour.
