The public is notified that the Lower Windy Hill roadway leading into Carrot Bay will be fully closed from Friday March 21 at 9:00 a.m. to Sunday, March 23, to facilitate road paving operations. 

During this period motorists are urged to adhere to traffic directions and use alternative routes.
