Parents and guardians of children from ages 3 to 5 years old are notified that their children can access the daily learning sessions and meals between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at centres that will be set up around the Territory in the various districts.

The service will be provided up to November 6, 2017, the start of the new academic term.

It is anticipated that by this date, enough early childhood centres would have had a chance to reopen and be able to accommodate the younger children.
